How to use the rivet gun:

3. Press the button after the punch is tightened with the rivet. Otherwise, the piston produces a reciprocating motion that consumes a portion of the energy and the piston strikes the housing, damaging the rivet gun.
4. Use the protective spring to connect the punch to the gun body to avoid the punch flying out and damage the person or product.
5. Hold the handle with the right hand and press the button on the index finger to start the rivet gun. You can use the button to adjust the size of the compressed air to ensure the smooth operation of the rivet gun. At the beginning of the riveting, the gap between the rivet rod and the rivet hole is large due to the long rivet rod, and the rivet rod is easily bent when hammered. Therefore, the button should be lightly pressed to make the rivet gun power smaller. When the rivet rod is filled with the rivet hole and then pressed, the rivet power is increased to quickly form the pier head. When the head is nearing completion, the button is gradually relaxed to prevent the pier head from hitting. Too low.
6. The tail of the punch is prepared according to the model of different rivet guns, and should not be used in series to avoid damage to the parts and reduce efficiency.
7. Do not arbitrarily empty the gun during use to avoid damage to the machine.
Rivet gun maintenance:
1. The operator of the rivet gun shall not disassemble and install the rivet gun at will;
2. Under normal use, the rivet gun should be inspected and maintained for three months or six months;
3. When the rivet gun is not used for a long time, it should be sealed according to the specified conditions and stored in the warehouse. When the rivet gun fails, it is necessary to carry out inspection and repair or cleaning and lubrication, and the rivet gun should be disassembled and assembled.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods for rivet guns:
1. The power of the rivet gun is reduced: the elimination method is to ensure the specified air pressure or replace the parts, and ensure that the matching clearance is 0.015-0.03mm.
2, rivet gun piston or active valve stuck: the elimination method is to clean or repair the burrs;
3. The lubrication of the rivet gun is not normal: the corresponding elimination method is cleaned;
4. The gas consumption of the rivet gun is increased: the replacement method is to replace the movable valve or the air guide block, and replace the punch;
